We differ from commercial companies who may be driven by profit and have high administrative and management costs. We will not offer short term incentives, deals or special offers as these can place unnecessary pressure to rush into surgery and are therefore unethical.
With the London Bariatric Group there is no provider company, or middleman, needed to arrange a consultation between surgeon and patient. Clients can book straight into clinics that are available every weekday.
Therefore costs are low whilst quality of service is high.’
The London Bariatric Group understands that long term follow up is an essential factor if weight loss is to be sustained.
Therefore all prices include five years personal follow up and guidance from your surgeon.

Note
- Expected LOS: 24h for SAGB and 48 for RYGB and LSG. Charges for extra days to be negotiated with Hospitals
- Surgeon’s fee inclusive of preoperative consultation (£250 to be deducted from the package if patient goes ahead) follow-ups and up to 4 band fills
- Anaesthetist’s fee inclusive of preoperative assessment (if required)
- Dietician’s fee for 1 preoperative assessment and postoperative consultations (expected 1 for LSG/RYGB; 2 for SAGB)
- FOLLOW UP PACKAGE OF 5 YEARS (4 appts/band fills year for first year and 1 appointment/year thereafter)
